Travel Supplier Communication
The travel supplier communication wizard is for requesting or cancelling inventory in a seamless manner directly from the itinerary. The default letter format required by the supplier is set at database level (e.g. email etc). The travel supplier communication wizard lists all travel service details from the itinerary, the user simply selects the appropriate services for communication and the wizard prepares the template and merges it with the supplier contact details from the database for a fast and efficient despatch.
Automated Document Types
- Travel Itinerary Quotation & Client Confirmation document - an outline of all travel services booked with a total price per person or per service.
- Client or Agent invoice - confirmed itineraries can be invoiced generating accounting entries and invoice number
- Vouchers - the service voucher wizard produces the required service vouchers and generates a unique voucher number per service which is then stored in the itinerary service tab.
