GlobeTrack Lite tour operator software uses a "quick build" itinerary screen to allow users to produce a fast and efficient travel quotation. A single screen allows the tour operator to view all relevant reservation information at a glance. Only quantities and times are input into the reservation as all other information is downloaded directly from the supplier database. The sophisticated pricing engine ensures speed and accuracy.

Each itinerary reservation consists of a combination of some or all of the following services:

• Travel (air/sea etc.)
• Transport (car hire/coach/transfers etc.)
• Accommodation (hotels/villas etc.)
• Extras (special requests/charges/meet and greet etc.)

Once a tour quotation is complete, an itinerary document is automatically compiled. The tour itinerary can be viewed instantly and emailed directly from your system by launching Outlook and attaching the itinerary in PDF or other format. The tour itinerary quotation includes travel supplier information taken directly from the database and is seamlessly merged with your chosen style that includes your logo and terms & conditions. A number of itinerary quotation styles are available and custom styles can be requested.
