You can create a custom quotation in minutes, and produce a full itinerary with descriptions upon the click of a button.
GlobeTrack uses a “quick build” itinerary screen, to allow users to produce a quotation in a very fast and efficient manner. The screen is designed to show the operator all of the itinerary information, with limited detail.
Users can tab through the fields or use mouse movements, or use a combination of both.
Only “quantities” and “times” are input, as all other information is pulled from the database, using keystrokes or drop down menus. This ensures speed and accuracy.Each itinerary consists of a combination of some or all of the following services:
- Travel (Air/Sea, etc),
- Transport (Car Hire/Coach/Transfers etc),
- Accommodation (Hotels/Villas etc)
- Activities (Golf/fishing etc), and Greet et
- Extras (Special Requests/Charges/Meet and c.)
Once a quotation is complete, a complete itinerary document is automatically compiled the itinerary can be viewed instantly and emailed directly from the system (launches MS Outlook, with the document attached in PDF or other format)
The itinerary includes supplier information from the database and is installed with the client logo and terms and conditions. A number of styles of itinerary are available and custom styles can be requested also.
