Quotations
You can create a custom quotation in minutes, on the web (browser based) or via the back-office interface. You can also allow agents or clients to build their own quotation via your web site.
The quotation form automatically compiles an instant itinerary document with links to further information on suppliers stored in the GlobeTrack Database.
The Back-office interface uses a “quick build” itinerary screen, to allow users to produce a quotation in a very fast and efficient manner.
This screen is designed to show the operator all of the itinerary information, with limited detail
Users can tab through the fields or use mouse movements, or use a combination of both.
Only “quantities” and “times” are input, as all other information is pulled from the database, using keystrokes or drop down menus. This ensures speed and accuracy.
Each itinerary consists of a combination of some or all of the following services:
- Travel (Air/Sea, etc),
- Transport (Car Hire/Coach/Transfers etc),
- Accommodation (Hotels/Villas etc)
- Activities (Golf/fishing etc), and Greet et
- Extras (Special Requests/Charges/Meet and c.)
Once a quotation is complete, a complete itinerary document is automatically compiled; This can be adjusted for changes via our Quotation Editor
The itinerary can be viewed instantly and emailed directly from the system (launches MS Outlook, with the document attached in PDF or other format)
The itinerary includes supplier information from the database and is installed with the client logo and terms and conditions. A number of styles of itinerary are available and custom styles may be requested also.
