A SQL database for all supplier, agent and client content, allowing a comprehensive profile of general information, services, and prices

Suppliers
- The supplier database contains records for travel (airline/ferry etc.), transport (e.g. car hire/coach), accommodation, activities (e.g. golf/safari), and extras (e.g. non specific activities, add-on charges such as insurance/caddies etc.)
- The input of supplier information is very straightforward. For data transfer purposes, files are transferred from a standard spreadsheet format. New suppliers can be entered on the fly, and if necessary during the building of an itinerary. GlobeTrack is very fluid allowing the user
- simultaneously generate itineraries and at the same time manage suppliers and other areas.
- GlobeTrack can hold multiple supplier descriptions and service description and images for suppliers and supplier services for use in itineraries and on the web site.
- Individual supplier services can also have images and text descriptions associated for in itineraries and web.
- Supplier details on staff, services, payment types, margins, rate types etc are held in the system
- A Quick Build Supplier screen is available to facilitate quick supplier entry; this screenshows only the mandatory fields associated with building any new supplier.
- New supplier types are easily added by creating a new table entry in the database; eg a new activity type for “Fishing” can be added and new services named appropriately.This makes the GlobeTrack database very universal and user-friendly for all Tour Operator Market sector types eg. Golf, Ski, Adventure, Cultural etc.

.Supplier Pricing is managed by a pricing grid which allows different prices by service type

Supplier Prices can be uploaded by GlobeTrack from Spreadsheet or XML format
